I have begun putting massive pressure on myself to get MediaCow Touch 2 done by June 8, 2025 where I publicly mentioned that I will discontinue development the project if it is not done by then. Though "done" means that I have hardware designs finished, not a physical prototype but I really prefer to have a prototype done.
Circuit Design
Since a lot of the work has been done already for ways to mount the display, how the case should be designed and how the board should be designed. I am left with mostly circuit design for MediaCow Touch 2 Lite.
Since MediaCow Touch 2 Lite is to use a single PCB, the design is much more simple than MediaCow Touch 2 and is not split into multiple KiCAD projects.
Documentation
Having proper documentation is now given more of a priority.
Net Descriptions
While I am working in KiCAD, I have been describing the purpose of each net in the documentation on this website. This is mainly for myself to keep track of what purpose each net serves though it can be useful for anyone looking over the schematics.
Credits
As the PCB design for the eDP adapter board was finalized by someone else, I added her name to the credits. To reflect this: I split the Direct Technical Support into two lists: individuals and organizations.
Bramwell, Virginia being a location of development has not been true until April 5, 2025 where I may use some photos from the area for MediaCow Touch 2 backgrounds.
