I do not have much to write about this week so this post will be short.
Projects
Project development has been slow this week.
MediaCow Touch 2
As March ever approaches, little has been done due to mostly being stuck on the side-mounted display and college work. I'll generally keep this section short since details would be covered in MediaCow Touch 2 - Part 13.
I do not see it being physically possible to get a working prototype of MediaCow Touch 2 done by GalaxyCon Richmond 2025. I did not expect to do it by then anyway.
T430s Display Upgrade
I received texts from DHL that stated the package is expected to arrive on March 4, 2025. As result, I do not expect to get the project done this week.
Personal
I have been growing more socialable this week. Later in the week has been a bit more diffcult, personally.
College
I do not foresee myself passing the Database Management Systems class. Amotivation has been the main factor behind this despite knowing how important the topic is to learn for what I do. My lack of knowledge on how to use databases have halted the development of all web-based projects I have been working on, especially CAMS due to its particularly complex database design.
VCU
Once again, on February 25, I went back to VCU HPRC to help unpack and install servers which were eight Dell PowerEdge R6625 servers, seemingly all having 1.5TB of RAM and two AMD EPYC 9534 CPUs each. I checked only one of the service tags, not on one of the boxes of the servers we actually installed but for a similar system that was installed recently so that is my guess on what could be actually be in the servers.
