Technical Support

I offer various kinds of technology support and consulting remotely and within the areas of Bon Air, Chesterfield, Midlothian, Moseley, Rockwood, Hallsboro, Richmond in Virginia.

Small Business and Home Technology Support

I have experience in the management and setup of Small Office, Home Office (SOHO) environments from personal, educational and work experience.

Server and Datacenter Management

I have extensive experience with datacenter server hardware with my employment at 2nd Life Inc., personal setups and sessions at VCU HPRC. I have been using server hardware in home environments since 2020. At this point, I interact with server-grade hardware every day.

I have worked on server hardware from ASUS, HP(E), Dell, Lenovo, Supermicro and Cisco in form factors including rack-mount, tower and blade being able to diagnose issues and identify parts of the system.

Along with hardware, I have extensive experience with Linux and FreeBSD in server environments.

IT Support Experience

I mostly have experience with Windows and Linux though I can work with Apple macOS systems.

Software Development

Language Experience

I have started to learn about software development and programming in late 2021 in order to start working on CAMS. Prior to this, I had extensive experience with Scratch and minimal experience with Python.

Currently, I use Python for most tasks. Sometimes I use Rust or C in applications where high performance and low resource usage is required.

Web Design

I have extensive experience in developing and maintaining web applications and websites. I can design and develop websites and web software of varying complexities by hand, with web frameworks or with web editors.

This entire website is designed, developed and maintained by myself, currently using StaticSite.

Building Consulting

Matterport and Photography

I have a great amount of experience in completing Matterport 3D scans of small to large buildings in professional environments. I can complete Matterport scans for real estate and insurance purposes.

Along with Matterport, I have experience in photographing the interiors and exteriors of buildings.
